din plastic.<br \/>Nu exist\u0103 o solu\u021bie universal\u0103: fiecare tehnologie are caracteristici specifice care o fac mai mult sau mai pu\u021bin adecvat\u0103, \u00een func\u021bie de geometria piesei, materialul utilizat, volumele de produc\u021bie \u0219i specificatiile de calitate.<\/p><p>\u00cen acest articol sunt analizate principalele tehnici de turnare a materialelor plastice utilizate \u00een industrie, compar\u00e2nd avantajele, limitele \u0219i aplica\u021biile lor tipice.<\/p><p><strong>Turnarea prin injec\u021bie: cea mai utilizat\u0103 tehnologie \u00een industrie<\/strong><\/p><p>Turnarea prin injec\u021bie este cel mai utilizat proces pentru fabricarea componentelor din plastic la nivel mondial.<br \/>Principiul este simplu: polimerul este topit, injectat la presiune ridicat\u0103 \u00eentr-o matri\u021b\u0103 \u00eenchis\u0103 \u0219i, dup\u0103 r\u0103cire, piesa este extras\u0103 \u00een forma final\u0103.<\/p><p>Aceast\u0103 tehnologie este potrivit\u0103 \u00een special pentru produc\u021bii de serie medie \u0219i mare, unde investi\u021bia ini\u021bial\u0103 \u00een matri\u021b\u0103 se amortizeaz\u0103 prin volume ridicate.<br \/>Ma\u0219inile moderne de injec\u021bie, cu for\u021be de \u00eenchidere de la c\u00e2teva zeci p\u00e2n\u0103 la mii de tone, permit realizarea unor articole de dimensiuni foarte diferite: de la este ideal pentru geometrii complexe, cu decupaje, nervuri, inserturi \u0219i suprafe\u021be estetice.<br \/>Repetabilitatea dimensional\u0103 este foarte ridicat\u0103, iar la materiale tehnice coroziune elementului portant.<\/p><h2><strong>Turnarea prin transfer: solu\u021bia pentru termorigide \u0219i cauciuc<\/strong><\/h2><p>Turnarea prin transfer este o tehnic\u0103 mai pu\u021bin cunoscut\u0103 dec\u00e2t turnarea prin injec\u021bie, dar esen\u021bial\u0103 pentru anumite materiale \u0219i aplica\u021bii.<br \/>Procesul presupune \u00eenc\u0103rcarea materialului, de regul\u0103 un termorigid sau un elastomer, \u00eentr-o camer\u0103 de transfer, dup\u0103 care acesta este \u00eempins cu un piston \u00een cavit\u0103\u021bile matri\u021bei, unde reticuleaz\u0103 sub efectul c\u0103ldurii.<\/p><p>Spre deosebire de turnarea prin injec\u021bie, unde materialul se tope\u0219te \u0219i apoi se solidific\u0103 prin r\u0103cire, \u00een turnarea prin transfer are \/>Materialele folosite cel mai frecvent sunt PE, PP, PET \u0219i PVC.<\/p><p><strong>Limite de <\/strong><strong>considerat<\/strong><\/p><p>Toleran\u021bele dimensionale sunt mai pu\u021bin precise dec\u00e2t \u00een cazul injec\u021biei.<br \/>Procesul este mai pu\u021bin potrivit pentru geometrii complexe, cu nervuri interioare, orificii laterale sau suprafe\u021be cu cerin\u021be estetice ridicate.<br \/>Grosimea pere\u021bilor este, de asemenea, mai dificil de controlat dec\u00e2t la injec\u021bie.<\/p><p>La Akron sunt realizate componente suflate pentru diferite sectoare, unde cost-pies\u0103 pentru volume medii \u0219i mari.<br \/>Marea majoritate a componentelor plastice industriale este realizat\u0103 prin aceast\u0103 tehnologie, care acoper\u0103 aplica\u021bii de la conectori electrici \u0219i carcase auto p\u00e2n\u0103 la componente medicale \u0219i elemente pentru mobilier.<\/p><p>Trebuie considerat \u0219i aspectul economic general.<br \/>Turnarea prin recipientelor \u0219i formelor goale.<\/p><h2><strong>Cum s\u0103 alegi procesul potrivit<\/strong><\/h2><p>Alegerea \u00eentre diferitele tehnici de turnare a materialelor plastice nu depinde niciodat\u0103 de un singur factor.<br \/>Cele mai importante cinci criterii sunt urm\u0103toarele.<\/p><p><strong>Primul este func\u021bia componentei<\/strong>.<br \/>O pies\u0103 structural\u0103
