Assembly
The assembly that completes the production cycle
We assemble moulded components in-house to form sub-assemblies and finished products, ready for use. Each assembly task is studied in advance with you, to define the most suitable solution for the specific application requirements. Together we assess the operating methods and the frequency of quality controls to ensure a stable, efficient, and replicable result over time. The integration of moulding and assembly allows you to optimise time, costs, and production continuity.
Automated assembly
Our anthropomorphic linear robots can move in all axes, ensuring absolute precision in automated assembly. The integration of automation into our production processes allows us to improve operational efficiency and guarantee high standards even on high volumes or complex machining.
Manual assembly
We manage in-house manual assembly operations for products that require specific operations and high accuracy. This service, ideal for low-turnover technical batches or highly variable components, is entrusted to a dedicated team of more than 150 specialised employees. The competence of the people remains, in these contexts, a strategic production resource.
Ultrasonic welding
Ultrasonic welding enables the precise and rapid joining of thermoplastic materials without the use of glues or solvents. The process utilises the heat generated by high-frequency mechanical vibrations to locally fuse surfaces, ensuring clean, strong and durable assemblies.
The advantages of internal assembly
Integrating assembly within our production cycle allows us to control every critical variable: time, quality and technical consistency. An approach that simplifies project management, allows flexibility even on customised configurations and guarantees you complete traceability from the first interaction to the final result.
Continuity of production
Managing assembly in-house also allows us to eliminate stoppages, waits and external steps. The production flow remains stable, controlled, and efficient, ensuring consistent performance and a reduction in overall delivery times.
Lean logistics
Concentrating work in one location reduces transfers and handling costs. The material remains tracked and the finished component can be handled at the outlet in a direct and integrated manner.
Single reference
From the design to the final assembly, you dialogue with a single technical contact person. This streamlines project management, accelerates decision-making and reduces the risk of operational dispersion.
Your partner for plastics assembly
If you are looking for a partner who can also take care of assembly, integrating it with moulding and upstream stages, we can build a solid, controlled, and scalable flow together. Contact us for a technical discussion!
