This case study is in the field of systems for transporting various types of powder and flour. The client wanted to achieve a reduction in the overall costs of the business and turned to us to achieve this.

We developed various proposals and opted for the injection overmoulding of certain plastic plates directly onto the ropes and chains of the installations. This overmoulding of plastics took place using various technopolymers depending on the final application. As a result, we not only lowered the production costs of the components, but also improved the overall performance of the plant.
