Accurate study
We have implemented a fully automated production system through the interfacing of two injection moulding machines using an anthropomorphic robot. This solution has allowed us to optimize the assembly and the transfer of components between the different stages of the production process.
The anthropomorphic robot not only assembles components, but also ensures the precise and safe transfer of parts from one press to another.
The implemented solution has proven to be highly efficient, allowing us to produce high-quality smart meters faster and at lower costs.
