We are within the application area of forced air distribution. Customer found a need to reduce the weight and volume of the product used in ventilation systems. From the various solutions proposed, we have worked out the most suitable one for the request, reducing costs and improving the aesthetic appearance of the product.

Specifically, the objective was achieved through a complete re-engineering of the product which led to the replacement of metal elements with moulded plastic parts. The elements that make up the vents today are moulded on both conventional injection moulding machines and dual-material machines. The technopolymers used are of a different nature depending on the specific component.
